These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PH5Cold website (ph5cold.top) and the PH5Cold desktop application ("Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

PH5Cold is a subscription-based desktop software application designed for music producers and creative professionals to organize and manage Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) projects.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. FREE TRIAL

PH5Cold may offer a 5-day free trial.
No credit card is required for the trial.
Trial access may include limited features.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial at any time.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis.

Monthly Plan:
Billed monthly and renews automatically.

Yearly Plan:
Billed annually and renews automatically.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation prevents future billing.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. REFUNDS

All payments are final after subscription activation.
Subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Distribute malicious software
- Interfere with system security

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, software, and materials are owned by PH5Cold.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the software without permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
PH5Cold shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
